Log into your Board account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
